Job Description:

As the Account Manager, you will:
- Cultivate and sustain rapport with key client stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering value-added services
- Meet client KPIs and other targets, fulfilling contractual obligations, and identifying new commercial opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end production workflow, ensuring the deliverance of products on time, to specification and within budget
- Support the preparation for client contract review meetings and client development opportunities
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to the commercial strategy and guidelines
  
About You
Are you a result-driven, goal-oriented Account Manager, ready to deliver impeccable service with passion and commitment? We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who brings:
  
- A proven track record of meeting targets and SLA delivery
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Exceptional project management skills, with experience of delivering projects on time and within budget
- A knack for building effective client relationships
- Solid Microsoft Office skills with experience in multi-element campaign management. Print and/orCreative Agency experience would be advantageous, as would Retail experience
