Job Description:
Join an amazing team as an Office Coordinator where you’ll be instrumental in supporting estate agency operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and effective communication, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: -
-Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and greeting clients.
-Schedule and coordinate property viewings, meetings, and appointments.
-Maintain accurate records and filing systems for client information and transactions.
-There may be a requirement to assist with marketing activities, including social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
-Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
-Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their property transactions.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling process.
-Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
About you: -
Previous experience in an estate agency or a similar administrative/negotiation role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of the local property market would be an advantage.
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for property viewings
Monday- Friday position
