Job Description:
A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to be based on a high-end Build-to-Rent site in Manchester. It is a full-time position with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:
* Be solely responsible for all maintenance tasks on site.
* Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
* Ensure the building meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
* Provide property inspections.
* Carry out maintenance works.
* Liaise with contractors when needed.
The Maintenance Technician:
* Prior experience in property management maintenance.
* Comprehensive understanding of building services.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Positive, can do attitude.
