Job Description:
Reed HR are seeking an experienced HR Director for a stand-alone role within our clients organisation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience and a proven track record of success in a stand-alone HR position.
This role is suited for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR management.
Day-to-day of the role: * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
* Manage the recruitment and selection process.
* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
* Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
* Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Extensive HR experience, preferably in a stand-alone role.
* Proven leadership and the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
* In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
* Solid understanding of employment law and other government compliance regulations.
* Strategic thinker with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
