Role Requirements:

- Educational Background: A good, recent degree in Building Surveying is essential. We are unable to consider applicants without this relevant qualification.
- Experience: Previous industry experience in Building Surveying, either through a placement year during your undergraduate studies or a graduate role post-degree.
- Location: Candidates must be based within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre, not relocation.
- Mobility: A full UK driving licence is required as the role involves some travel. You must also have access to a vehicle.
