Job Description:
Are you an experienced administrator who enjoys following processes, with excellent attention to detail?
You will be supporting a team within a busy administrative role, processing documents and liaising with a variety of parties to ensure information is gathered on time and with accuracy.
The role:
* Uploading information onto various systems
* Gathering documentation and ensuring they are checked for the correct details
* Chasing outstanding customer documents
* Answer phone calls and emails from customers, handling queries and providing updates
* Providing information to the team and updating on work flow
* Using various systems
* Supporting the office with a variety of administrative and customer service tasks
You’ll need:
* Recent experience working within a busy administrative role
* Strong systems experience
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
