Job Description:
CMA Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant/Cashier to work for a busy SME business that are based in Nursling, Hampshire. This role will report into the Financial Controller and work amongst a team of 8.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
* Download bank statements.
* Prepare banking receipts and payments for allocation.
* Post nominal ledger journals ready for allocation.
* Carry out daily bank reconciliation.
* Prepare any cash and cheque receipts for allocation and banking.
* Support Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger Functions as required.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
* Effective prioritisation and organisational skills.
* Ability to multi-task.
* A background working within a finance team.

* 22 days holiday + BH.
* Reduced hours will also be considered (no less than 25).
