Role Highlights:

Being first point of contact for HR enquiries
Supporting and advising on Recruitment
Managing employee relations case load
Ensuring that all employee data is up to date on HRIS
You will have previously:

Worked within a HR team- school experience desirable
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
CIPD qualified desirable
The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly
