Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic sales team, providing essential invoicing and onboarding support. The ideal candidate will have experience with the NetSuite system, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: London (Remote working)
Hourly Rate: £14 - £14.42
Contract Length: 5 months.
Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time
Responsibilities:
* Onboard new customers and handle customer data changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Set up customer subscriptions and handle any changes in subscriptions promptly and efficiently.
* Issue invoices, e-invoices, and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner.
* Process fee increases following established procedures.
* Handle invoice-related queries from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.
* Review draught customer contracts/orders to set up subscriptions accurately.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth administration and support.
Skills:
* Oracle Netsuite system experience is required
* Previous experience in customer onboarding, handling customer data changes, and setting up customer subscriptions.
* Familiarity with invoicing processes would be beneficial.
* Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service skills, preferably with previous experience in a customer service role.
* Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
