Our client is dedicated to delivering holistic care, ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and cherished. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic Clinical Lead to join their care home in Alfreton.

Position Details:
* Role: Clinical Lead
* Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire
* Contract: 35 hours per week
* Shifts: 7-hour shifts, flexible availability across the week
* Shift Patterns: 07:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 21:00 (2 shifts per week supernumerary)
* Remuneration: Up to £23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Qualifications and Requirements:
* RGN/RMN qualification
* Proven experience in elderly care
* Previous roles as Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager/Ward Manager
