In this role, you’ll be a key member of the Customer Marketing Operations team, working for a well-known retail brand in Nottingham, where you’ll build and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns.

Location: NG9 (Office based)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hour week, generally 9am – 5pm

THE ROLE & REQUIREMENTS  
* Collaborate with design and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life through email and app communications
* Build and test custom emails using Adobe Marketing Cloud
* Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders
* Deliver impactful campaigns under tight deadlines
* Work collaboratively with your close team and the wider business
* Partner with Loyalty and Data teams to continually innovate and elevate customer communications to shape engagement   
ABOUT YOU
* Confident working in fast-paced and adapting environments
* A keen interest in digital marketing and relevant technologies
* Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS
* A qualification in a related feel would be advantageous
