Salary: £28,000- £32,000 base with aggressive commission structure

Reed are currently recruiting for an Business Development Representative for one of our Edinburgh based clients, a leading software company. You will be responsible for targeting business in an already lucrative region.
A typical day will include:
• Make a large volume of outbound calls and emails to all current customers and partners to keep them up to date.

• You will reach out to customers who have moved away from the package for feedback.

• You will partner with Senior Account Manager/Team Lead with the business to manage large customers. 

• Provide superior customer service at all times.

• Maintain accurate customer records, activity and pipeline reports within SalesForce.

• Identify upsell opportunities.

• You will provide timely and accurate business forecasts based on your monthly & quarterly achievement.

• Build and maintain a consistent and reliable relationships with all customers and partners.

• You will receive cold leads from marketing activities.
