Job Description:
We are excited to be working with a family- run and growing plant hire business near Thame, to recruit a Hire Controller to join their buzzy team!
As Hire Controller, you will be taking orders, producing quotes for customers, organising plant hire and rental agreements. Strong customer service and administrative skills is essential to thrive in this role!
Responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via email and telephone
- Create and follow-up on all customer quotations
- Create purchase order numbers and confirm orders with customers
- Create rental contracts and coordinate delivery with internal departments
- Manage several key customer accounts, ensuring excellent service
Skills and experience required:
- Strong Customer Service & IT skills
- Experience using SAP would be beneficial
- Experience as a Hire Controller/ Sales Administrator

This is a full time office based role, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
