The role of Estimator - Bespoke Joinery will involve:
*Estimator position dealing with a range of bespoke joinery and shop fit out projects for main contractors and high end users
*Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines
*Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
*Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
*Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
*Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
*Working on projects ranging in value from £10k to £300k
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Bespoke Joinery with
*Must have estimating experience within the joinery / bespoke joinery / cabinet maker / bespoke furniture market sectors
*Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
*Highly organised with good attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Good team player who also works well individually
