Head of Finance - PE Backed Energy Business
3-6 Months Contract / Outside IR35 / Immediate Start / Hybrid Working / London Office
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Finance to join a fast growing energy business with ambitious expansion plans on an interim basis.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial operations for the UK division, while building a collaborative relationship with the Group business. This highly visible role demands a hands on approach to developing the UK finance function. You will drive financial strategy and provide the accurate, commercial analysis required to support the company’s growth trajectory.
You’ll be pivotal in supporting the business’s financial performance.

What You’ll Bring:
* Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified finance professional.
* Experience: Proven experience in finance within a similar asset-heavy, fast-paced, PE backed industry (energy, infrastructure, facilities, manufacturing, etc.).
* Technical Skills: Strong financial acumen and hands on experience in establishing financial operations.
* Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Strategic Thinking: Commercially savvy with the capability to deliver actionable insights for business improvement.
* Adaptability: Willing to take on diverse responsibilities and adapt to evolving business needs.
What’s On Offer:
* Competitve Daily Rate: Circa £600-£650 per day
* 3-6 Months Contract: Possibility of permanent conversion
* Work Environment: Flexible working arrangements, including at least two days a week from home.
