In this role as Sales Negotiator responsibilities will include:
* Day-to-day management of buyers
* Generating and conducting viewings
* Obtaining and negotiating offers on properties to close property sales
* Working with the Director on property valuations
* Enjoying the substantial rewards of the many successful property sales at this office
What we are looking for:
* Candidates should have estate agency experience as a Sales Negotiator
* Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property sale/purchase
* The ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and clients
* Excellent communication skills
* You must have a UK driving licence and you will need your own car, a good car allowance will be provided
* Local knowledge of the Guildford area would be an advantage but is not essential
