Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly sales targets by proactively calling existing customers to identify and fulfil their hardware needs.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing valuable advice and first-class service.
* Respond to customer requests, raise quotations, and handle incoming enquiries and issues.
* Support customers with advice on hardware and licensing applications.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
* Contribute to sales initiatives and follow up on product offers and new products.
* Prepare accurate sales order documentation and stay updated on technological developments.
Skills Required:
* Proven success in a targeted sales environment.
* Experience in a customer-facing role with a commitment to excellent customer service.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
