The ideal candidate will possess:

* Experience in a financial planning environment
* Knowledge of investment products such as ISAs, Pensions, and Bonds
* Proficiency in using CRM systems
* Ability to challenge existing processes constructively
* Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Self-driven attitude towards personal development
* CII or RO part-qualified preferred
