What You’ll Do:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of our innovative solutions, leading the charge in driving sales and fostering key relationships. You’ll be responsible for:
Drive sales growth
by selling SABROE-branded industrial refrigeration compressors, chillers, and heat pumps to both new and existing customers.
Build and maintain relationships
with current accounts in the industry.
Identify and pursue
new business development opportunities in the industrial refrigeration and heating markets.
Collaborate with colleagues
to promote our products and solutions in industrial cooling and heating applications.
Engage with customers, advisors, and colleagues
across the UK and Ireland to build and nurture key relationships.
Visit customers as needed
(expect up to 30% travel).
Manage customer requests independently
and prepare quotations that align with their needs.
Work with international colleagues
with occasional travel to our SABROE production site in Aarhus, Denmark.
Monitor market trends
particularly in relation to the ongoing energy transition, and leverage these insights to drive sales.
Keep the sales manager updated
on your progress and provide regular reports through our CRM tools.
Expand your professional network
by attending industry events and trade fairs, both domestically and internationally.
What We’re Looking For:

* A sales-driven achiever with a passion for winning and a proactive approach.

* Proven experience in B2B product sales, preferably within the refrigeration sector.

* A self-motivated, independent, and enterprising attitude.

* A well-established and active network in the industry.

* Strong commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge conventional thinking constructively.

* The role is split with a 75% focus on maintaining and growing existing accounts ("farming") and 25% on identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities ("hunting").

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in refrigeration or an engineering discipline.

* Technical insight and a strong affinity with the refrigeration industry.
