Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Management Accountant to join their dynamic team in Shaftesbury. As a key member of the Finance Department, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the financial success.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
* Prepare month-end and year-end journal adjustments.
* Manage the collation and interpretation of accurate financial reports.
* Ensure the accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet reconciliation, and cash flow reporting.
* Identify key trends and variances from budget.
* Support the Finance Director in audits and compliance.
* Provide financial analysis and support to senior management.
* Create ad-hoc reports and streamline finance processes.
Skills/Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a management accountant role.
* CIMA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified.
* Expertise in budget setting, monitoring, and financial reporting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
