Job Description:
Assistant Management Accountant | NHS | £16 - £20 per hour (Umbrella) | Northwest
Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Northwest based NHS Organisation in order to appoint an Assistant Management Accountant for an initial 3-month contract. They are in need of urgent support during this busy period. This position also offers hybrid working.
Duties will include:
* Producing monthly management accounts and reports
* Business partnering with key stakeholders to provide insightful finance advice
* Responsible for the production of accruals and prepayments
* Working with stakeholders to ensure robust financial controls are in place and risk is understood
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements
* Responsible for invoices, reconciliations and credit notes
* Assisting the Head of Finance with ad-hoc reporting
The successful candidate:
* Experience working within an NHS organisation (wider public Sector will be considered)
* Strong Excel experience
* Excellent communication skills and able to relay information to senior stakeholders
