Residential Conveyancer - Gloucester
TSR Legal are looking for an experienced Conveyancing fee earner to join an award-winning ambitious law firm who pride themselves on delivering exceptional legal services. This Gloucester based law firm are looking to expand their conveyancing department due to continuous growth. They are looking for a Licensed conveyancer backed by relevant qualifications (SRA, CLC, or CILEx) with 2 + PQE.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Conducting property searches and due diligence
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Essential skills and experience:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in case management systems
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
Successful candidates must have previous experience, managing a full range of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release, ensuring compliance with SDLT requirements and dealing with unregistered properties.
