Lead Business Analyst – Salesforce exp essential - Hybrid (2 days in-office)
* Salary: £65k + benefits and 25 days holiday
* Location: Northampton, Midlands
The ideal Business Analyst will have worked as a Lead BA and will have experience with Salesforce, a solid background in the full project lifecycle within Financial Services, and familiarity with various methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps.
Preferred Certifications: ISEB, Lean, Prince 2, CBAP, Six Sigma
Core Experience Required for this Lead BA role:
* 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst within Financial Services, lead a team of BA’s
* Expertise in Salesforce - Must have worked on a recent projects
* Operational design and process re-engineering experience
* Highly desirable qualifications: Business Analysis (ISEB, Lean/Six Sigma) and Project Management (Prince 2)
* Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
* Must be able to travel in to their offices in Northamptonshire
