Description
* Manage a portfolio of professional negligence defence cases
* Writer PAP letters of response in-house on small to medium sizes matters.
* Provide legal advice and representation to insured professionals
* Conduct legal research to support cases
* Prepare legal documents such as pleadings and briefs
* Participate in negotiations and mediations
* Cooperate with members of the legal department to achieve common goals
* Stay up-to-date with developments in insurance law
* Maintain client relationships and develop new ones
Profile
A successful Professional Negligence Defence Solicitor should have:
