They are seeking a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join their dynamic property team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and expand your knowledge in conveyancing law.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting solicitors with the conveyancing process from start to finish.
* Drafting and preparing legal documents related to property transactions.
* Conducting legal research and due diligence as required.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
* Managing and maintaining files and records accurately.
* Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or similar role within a law firm.
* Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in using legal software and MS Office applications.
