Job Description:
We are now working with a blue chip US advisory firm based in London. They have a really successful Private Equity team, which advises clients on investment opportunities and mergers and acquisitions.
This team is now looking for an Analyst to join them.
In the role, you will work on the analysis of investment opportunities for venture capital and private equity companies, undertaking a commercial, financial and market due diligence of targets.
Once targets and acquisitions have been identified, you can work on the execution of the investment.
The role is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading team within a top name.
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
* Analysts from other investment banks
* Strategy consultants from firms like McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK
* Equity analysts looking to move into M&A roles
You will probably have 2 - 4 years experience
