An opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Lead Financial Analyst to join a renowned global law firm based in London. This pivotal role will oversee financial planning and analysis, driving the firm’s budgeting and forecasting efforts and influencing key financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Spearhead a comprehensive budget planning process, collaborating closely with department heads to craft revenue forecasts and optimise profitability.
* Manage dynamic, long-term financial forecasts to support ongoing business strategies.
* Partner with internal finance teams to coordinate central budget planning, ensuring deadlines are met and targets achieved.
* Design and manage cashflow models to support liquidity planning and maintain financial stability.
* Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and introduce automation for increased efficiency.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments, and contribute to future financial growth initiatives.
* Assess and lead the implementation of external financial software tools to enhance forecasting capabilities.
Key Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within a professional services environment, law firm experience preferred.
* ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
* Expertise in advanced Excel, with demonstrated experience in building financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
* Familiarity with the Elite 3e system is a bonus.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
