MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES •To embody the values of the brand delivering an unique, distinctive shopping experience to the client in challenging trading times •Able to follow directions accurately and work with colleagues as well as alone •To increase sales performance for good business health •To ensure extreme accuracy in procedures with day to day operational duties as well as in meetings or events that may occur •Meet inventory accuracy •To contribute to all “non-sales” activities (opening and closing the store, cashing up, taking phone calls, management of stocks/inventories, store security, etc.) •Supporting HQ and PR partner to improve visibility of brand and manufacture in the UK •Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and floor set standards •Perform daily paperwork and computer file work •Enforce company policies while adhering to proper procedure regarding conduct guidelines •Balance duties stated to help move the business forward, as a long term business goal
