Salary: up to 50k
Hours: full time, flexible/part time hours available
Fabulous opportunity as a Conveyancer within a boutique law firm in a North Leeds suburb. As a Conveyancer you will be responsible for a small but highly profitable caseload. As part of a small office, you will enjoy autonomy but support is there. The caseload is varied. The role will involve:
* Progressing Sales and Purchase transactions from outset to completion
* Title Checking
* Client care and ensuring positive Business relations maintained
* Compliance with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct and Conveyancing Quality Standard
You will have support from an experienced conveyancing assistant. You must have practical case handling experience in residential conveyancing.
