Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Tower Hamlets, E1 | Pay: £94 - £105 per day | Contract: Temp to Perm | Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
* Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Individual and Group Support: Provide targeted help to students, whether one-to-one or in small groups, focusing on those needing extra assistance.
* Behaviour Management: Promote positive behaviour and address challenges in the classroom.
* Resource Preparation: Help prepare and organise learning materials to create an engaging classroom environment.
* Supervision: Ensure student safety during lessons, breaks, and activities.
* SEN Support: Assist students with special educational needs (SEN), adjusting methods to meet their needs.
* Communication: Liaise with parents, teachers, and staff to provide the best support for students.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Teaching Assistant qualifications are a plus).
* Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
* Patience, empathy, and passion for helping children succeed.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
