Job Description:
Our client, one of the UK’s leading technology led homes and gardens household name brand, is seeking a dynamic and fast-paced Business Account Manager to manage and grow a newly launched channel. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive growth in a key omnichannel business segment.
Location: Camberley- hybrid working with some travel
THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
*Manage and develop the new omnichannel business segment.
*Foster strong relationships within the customer organization to grow sales.
*Liaise with category managers to manage forecasting, introduce new products, and support promotions.
*Coordinate with internal departments to provide ongoing value to the customer.
*Manage the forecasting process, stock management, and product launches.
*Analyze sales data and assess customer operations to identify opportunities and risks.
THE IDEAL BUSINESS ACCOUNT MANAGER WILL HAVE:
*3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Asset Manager.
*Solid experience working with a major omnichannel retailer.
*Essential e-commerce experience and ability to manage a large product range online.
*Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with all levels of customer organization.
*Experience in marketing, trading, and program/project management.
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
