£29000 + uncapped commission and bonuses
A Senior Lettings Negotiator is required for Hunters’ fun, vibrant and rapidly expanding property client, suiting an outgoing lettings negotiator who enjoys the team environment, socialising with the team on the annual trip abroad or at the beer fridge. You’ll be a senior member of the lettings team, leading by example and trailblazing success whilst guiding customers through their journey in finding a new home.
FT Perm - Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00am - 4:00pm

* Receiving and managing applicant enquires
* Matching applicants to the right properties
* Booking viewings and organising the diary for our team of viewing agents
* Utilising software and tools to generate more interest in our properties
Lettings Negotiator - Senior– fit
* Passionate about property, with industry experience
* Friendly and enthusiastic
* Super organised
* In possession of a UK driving licence
