About the Role:
We are searching for an experienced Mortgage Advisor (or Broker) to join our established team in Ely, Cambridgeshire. This role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 - £31,000 (including car allowance), generous commission structure, and a total earning potential of £45,000 - £75,000.
Who You Are:
* A CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Advisor or Broker with a proven track record in mortgage sales.
* Possess excellent knowledge of mortgages and protection products.
* Clean credit history and driving licence.
* A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide expert mortgage & protection advice (sole advisor in branch)
* Access FRESH LEADS DAILY & build client loyalty through remortgaging
* Handle a variety of mortgage and protection enquiries
* Proactively review existing client policies (nationwide, Ely focused)
