Urgent Requirement – Administrator – Warwickshire/Leicestershire – Temporary to Permanent
Venn group is currently recruiting for an Administrator in the Warwickshire/Leicestershire area. The role is on a temporary to permanent basis. This role will be full time-based, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours with multisite coverage. The role will involve: 
* Coordinating administrative duties such as contractor queries, service delivery dates, raising order/approving invoices, uploading compliance documents are uploaded onto correct platforms and taking notes during contractor meetings
* Assist the Contract Manager with the coordination and arranging of surveys, chasing quotes and attendance from contractors
* Keep estate cost planners, trackers, and records up to date
* Ensure waste management runs smoothly, waste reports are correctly stored and estate management plans are updated
* Coordinate and support room hire requests
* Create invoices once the event has been carried out
* Ensure DBS checks, HSE requirements, site inductions/RAMS/permit to work and suitability declarations are compliant with procedures
* Oversee and liaise with contractors on site and update them with latest information covering for the Contracts Manager when required
* Assist with the monitoring of Contract KPIs and keeping up to date issue logs
* Support with the tender and procurement process
* Complete regular audits to ensure service delivery across contractors meets expectation

The role will be able to pay between £12.82-£13.50 per hour incl. of Holiday Pay depending on experience.
