What You’ll Do: *Lead, motivate, and manage a skilled workshop team as a  HGV Workshop manager 
*Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards
*Coordinate workflow, allocate resources, and optimize productivity
*Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
*Collaborate with senior management to improve processes and performance
*· Provide prompt and accurate repair and damage quotation
* Encourage good workshop practices to provide a safe and tidy, hazard-free working environment ensuring compliance with the Company’s health & safety policy r
What You’ll Need: *Proven experience in managing a busy hgv workshop environment
*Strong technical knowledge as a Workshop manager
