Job Description:
What you will do
Reporting to inside sales manager. The ’sweeper’ will be responsible for securing revenue
from quoted works in our HVAC business.
How you will do it
* Effective management of a pipeline of opportunities
to close and win
* Liaising with management teams to secure business
* Completing pricing checks and negotiating with customers to secure revenue
* Providing customer service including updates to customers
* Speaking with customers to understand needs, opportunities to cross sell/ up sell
* Calling customers to build relationships and repeat business
What we look for
* Computer literate - to be able to use outlook, word, excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)
* Excellent customer service skills
to provide a customer first experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload.
* Be able to work to targets and meet KPI’s
set.
* Product knowledge in the HVAC
business would be an advantage
