Job Title: Supply or Full Time Teacher
Location: Tavistock College - Dartmoor Trust

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, a passion for teaching, and the ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of student needs and learning styles.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods to actively engage students in the learning process.
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaboration.
* Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to provide feedback and support.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay informed about current educational practices and trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
* Previous experience teaching in secondaryy education settings is preferred but not essential.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
