Administrator 
* Job Type: Temporary (3-6 months)
* Location: Poole
* Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-1pm
* Salary: £12-13 per hour
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support with recruitment in our clients HR team. This temporary role is ideal for someone who is adept at administrative tasks and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be instrumental in streamlining the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Day to Day of the Role:
* Book interview slots and coordinate interviews.
* Distribute interview materials and CVs to relevant parties.
* Update job descriptions, adverts, and interview documents to new branding standards.
* Review interview documents ahead of time to ensure they are ready for use.
* Monitor the Candidate Application System (CAS) for messages and updates.
* Respond to candidate queries and manage simple agency communications.
* Assist with the management of the recruitment mailbox.
* Scan interview notes, file them appropriately, and follow up to obtain any missing documentation.
* Check candidates in for interviews and scan Right to Work (RTW) documents.
* Input candidate information into the recruitment system.
* Amend direct applicant CVs to remove personal details before Hiring Manager (HM) review.
* Assist with the organisation and clean-up of recruitment files on the shared drives.
* Schedule necessary meetings with agencies, candidates, colleges, etc., and manage diary appointments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a recruitment and an administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
