We are now working with a specialist advisory/ banking firm. They are a not for profit business, focused on advising clients on how they can achieve their net zero and green targets through financing and structuring investments and deals.
The firm has been established for a number of years and is doing really well. They are now looking to recruit an Associate or VP into their London team.
Specifically:
Advising and arranging project finance deals, working with clients on the provision of innovative debt and financing targets
Managing due diligence process, including financial modelling Full involvement in the whole deal proces
s Extensive interaction with clients
Active involvement in helping clients hit their green targets
Qualifications
Associate to VP level
Experience in debt capital capital / debt advisory/ project finance / leveraged finance
Experience within sustainable finance highly preferable
Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, financial structuring, and investment instruments as they apply to sustainability projects
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
