OTE £85,000

GKR is delighted to be recruiting for a leading brand in the Real Estate industry, as they seek to add an experienced Sales Negotiator.  This position will be under the title Senior or Associate, for someone of at least 3 years’ experience, with a track record of high billing.
  
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading brand in the London market, in a high performing team, off the back of a successful 2023. The team is now requiring an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their collaborative function.

Main duties:
* Assisting clients in their search for properties that meet their needs and budget.
* Conducting property viewings and guiding clients through the buying process.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Learning the ins and outs of the local property market and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
* Assisting with negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and company goals.
  
What we need in you:
* At least 2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator in London.
* High achiever.
* Engaging personality, well spoken.
* Motivated and driven.
