Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Executive in Bridgend for a hyper growth company.
 
In this role, you will proactively engage with potential new customers, follow up on warm leads, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
 
This is a hybrid role where you must be able to travel to Bridgend once a week on a Tuesday.

Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
* Proactively identify and engage with potential new customers through outbound sales efforts.
* Follow up on warm inbound leads, build relationships with customers using a consultative approach
* Handle a high volume of sales interactions, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
* Offer tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs after understanding what they are looking for
* Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 
Skills & experience required.
* Experience in an outbound B2B sales role
* Proven track record of delivering the full sales cycle, including closing sales and achieving sales targets
* Experience using a consultative approach to understand and sell to customers
* Self-motivated, agile, and open to change
