Job Description:
My clients, an independent family-run Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator for their close-knit team in the Norwich area. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing and successful team.

Working Days:
* Monday-Friday
* Alternate Saturdays
Our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
* Answering enquiries and registering applicants.
* Negotiating sales
* Organising and conducting viewings
* Updating vendors regularly
* Generating new business by calling out or canvassing as required
* Generating and booking valuations
* Following up leads and enquiries in agreed time scales
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
* At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator
* Full UK Driving License and use of own car
* A positive proactive approach to sales
* Good telephone manner
* Natural sales mentality
* Strong work ethic
* Well organised
