CLASS 2 HGV DRIVERS
24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for Class 2 HGV drivers for a well known client based in the Basingstoke area (RG24) - Home deliveries with driver’s mate, manual handling/lifting is part of the job.
This position is a multi-drop position
Shift pattern is:
4 on 2 off on / 5on 2off - a rota pattern including weekends.
PAYE rates for Class 2 HGV driver:
£17.02 per hour
Overtime paid after 48 weekly hours: £25.53
Class 2 drivers will be required:
*MINIMUM 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*
*Hold valid a Class 2 / C License
*No more than 6 points (No DD’s, DR’s, TT’s or IN’s)
*Hold valid Tacho and CPC cardsImmediate starts available
*Home delivery of furniture
*Some furniture assembly work will be required (as and when required)
*Must be presentable in appearance
*Professional manner as customer facing
*Class 2 driver will undergo 2 days training prior to commencing work
*All routes are double manned with a drivers mate
