Composite Fitter
Job Description
* Kitting and lay-up operations, including cutting kit of materials for build sequence, warp and weft.
* Lay-up material on to mould surface correct orientation and build sequence
* Carry out Tool preparation including clean and apply release agent
* Cure operations to agreed engineering methods and processes using various plant and process equipment (Autoclaves, Ovens and Vacuum pumps).

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Work to complex engineering drawings and with moulds to produce high precision composite components.
* Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
* Previous experience working with composites
* Experience of assembling, building, fitting and creating composites parts and products
