Service Designer
* 4 months, likely extension
* £520pd outside IR35
* 1-2 days per week in London offices
Our client, a global data and insights consultancy, are seeking an experienced Service Designer to come and support them on their Microsoft programme.
You will be interacting with multiple teams within Technology Services to design, transition and support models that embed good practices.
Responsibilities
* Produce service design documentation for all assigned Microsoft new services
* Produce Operational Acceptance Criteria for all assigned changes, including testing
* Review and sign off requirements and design documentation for assigned changes
* Support conversations between the business and the programme to ensure cost of support is included within the business case for Microsoft services
* Creation of service catalogue and service model
Key Skills and Experience
* Previous experience within a Service Design function
* Demonstrate technical understanding of a wide range of infrastructure products and services
* Ability to translate technical information into clear Service Designs
* Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Passion for creating human-centred services
