We are an SEN School in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, dedicated to providing exceptional education for children with autism, SEMH, and complex needs. We are looking for a committed and experienced Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to learners with autism and challenging behaviours.
* Support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).
* Work collaboratively with support staff and the Senior Leadership Team to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
* Implement individualized learning plans to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with learners with autism and complex needs.
* Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage students with challenging behaviours.
