Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Pertemps Redditch are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Redditch Office.

Within this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for;

* Attracting, interviewing and placing candidates for the Worcestershire and surrounding area
* Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services
* Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time
* Maintaining strong relationships in the market
* Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant

Requirements for this Recruitment Consultant role;

* Attention to detail and ability to analyse information
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential.
* You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key.
* An excellent telephone manner
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* A drive, tenacity and real customer focus

You will be given Full Training on this role; this will include multiple courses and shadowing for the first couple of months.

Trainee Commerical Recruitment Consultant Job Details;
Location: Redditch
Salary: £23,500 P/A + uncapped commission
Duration: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
