Duties:
* Operating the switchboard and directing calls to the appropriate departments
* Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
* Managing the meeting room schedule and coordinating bookings
* Providing administrative support to various departments when needed
* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
?? What You Need:
* Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of switchboard systems and booking software
* Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach
