We are a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) dedicated to delivering high-quality IT support and services to our diverse range of clients. As a fast-paced, customer-focused organization, we’re seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our technical team. This is an on-site role with no capacity for hybrid working, so candidates must be willing to commute to our office in Banstead.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 3rd line support for a range of clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
* Engage with clients directly, delivering excellent customer service both on-site and remotely.
* Manage and maintain Office 365 environments.
* Administer and troubleshoot hybrid and on-premise Exchange servers, as well as Azure Active Directory.
* Handle networking tasks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, providing on-site support.
* Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration and support.
* Experience with hybrid and on-premise Exchange, and Azure Active Directory.
* Solid networking experience, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with Sophos security products.
* Exposure to Ubiquity networking equipment.
* Familiarity with AutoTask or similar PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools.

* This is a full-time, on-site position at our Banstead office.
