Your background & experience:
* CIPD Level 5 or higher
* Proven track record in HR generalist in Retail, Hospitality, Media or Technology
* Innovative thinker

* Collaborate on scalable onboarding and offboarding processes
* Ensure a positive experience for employees and managers
* Be the go-to for people policies, processes, and queries
* Manage the entire employee journey, from onboarding to exit
* Utilise HR technology for data-enabled strategies
* Analyse workforce data and optimise processes
* Create insightful HR dashboards
* Benchmark and enhance their reward offerings
* Lead reward-focused projects
* Ensure competitive total rewards
* Drive adoption of new systems and tools
